Terms of service

Open beta

WarmUpCall is in open beta and is free to use during this period. We're not charging for the service right now, and we'll give notice before that ever changes. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind - we're actively building it, and features, scoring behaviour, and availability may change.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping your account and email access secure. Your dealership's lead controls who's allowlisted into your organisation and what content (scenarios, personas, tracks) your organisation uses.

Acceptable use

WarmUpCall is for sales-practice roleplay only. Don't use it for anything unlawful, to submit content that's abusive or infringing, or to try to circumvent its security or usage limits. We can suspend an account that misuses the service.

Recordings and consent

Practice calls may be recorded and transcribed with your consent, and scored by an AI system for coaching purposes. This is governed by our privacy policy and the in-call consent flow - you choose whether a given call is recorded before it starts.

Termination

You can stop using WarmUpCall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service - for you or for an organisation - for misuse or if we discontinue the beta. We'll aim to give reasonable notice where practical.

Liability

WarmUpCall is a practice tool, not a substitute for professional sales training or advice. To the extent permitted by South African law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Changes to these terms

We're in open beta and these terms may change as the product evolves. We'll update the date above whenever they do. Continuing to use WarmUpCall after a change means you accept the updated terms.
